Where Did All The Customer Service Go

I can't begin to describe how important customer service is to me and how often I notice it in every thing I do each day. I guess I should re-phrase that to say how often I DON'T notice it each day and how often I see a complete lack of it. It truly saddens me and infuriates me when I'm giving someone my business and they treat me as if it is not of value to them. If you are in a service industry of any kind where your job requires you to help people in any way, from selling them gas to booking their airline tickets to renting their apartment, please remember that while the good in the world seems too often to go unnoticed, when you treat your customers poorly, they will likely never refer their friend to you and may not return their service to your company. In an economy where everyone is struggling, each persons business should be valued and treated with kindness and respect. Clients coming to A Moment in Time can rest assured that we "practice what we preach" and will always go the extra mile. Smile, it's contagious!
